They do! I think the only one that's maybe questionable is the Vox one, and only because the arrows make it seem like the wolf doesn't know which way to go. :)
Ah, I could see that reading. My thought was that the wolves were in all directions, as in you cannot escape and we will hunt our enemies down no matter where they flee.
What if the arrows then pointed inward, towards the wolf.
That seems like it'd imply "All roads lead to this."
I can see what you mean though. It's arguably more of an 'active' statement to have the arrows pointing outward, like it could go anywhere. The arrows inward feel more like 'no escape' but in a passive sort of way, like you just can't leave the wolf...not that it will come get you.
